Course Objectives This course aims to introduce students to the fundamentals of script writing.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to write scenes and dialogues.
  • Will be able to examine films in terms of script writing.
  • Will be able to analyze the structure in existing scenes.
  • Will be able to use basic script writing software.
Course Description The course is an introduction to the craft of screenwriting. Students will be required to creatively read, write, revise and develop scripts. Students will be graded through weekly assignments and a short film script.
