On January 13, 2019, Aras Özgün, member of the Faculty of Communication, Department of Cinema and Digital Media, gave a talk at the conference “Thesis, Antithesis and Prosthesis” at Borusan Contemporary, Art and Technology Platform, organized in collaboration with amberPlatform.
Aras Özgün’s talk dwelled on the current ways in which the production and distribution of information is processed visually. He discussed how our perception and reaction capabilities are determined by historically and culturally conditioned communication-based visions and conceptions.
