Double Major Programs, Minor Programs, Scholarships, Internships and Erasmus
Double Major Programs (DMP)
Double Major Program allows academically successful students to study in a different discipline and to get a second undergraduate diploma in another department.
Cinema and Digital Media students who successfully complete the Double Major Program will be able to get a second undergraduate diploma.

Minor Programs (MP)
Minor Program is a certificate program that enables successful students in undergraduate degree programs to receive education in other fields in which they are also interested.
Cinema and Digital Media students who successfully complete the Minor Program will be able to get a certificate in another department.

Scholarships
IEU Cinema and Digital Media Department offers %100, and %50 scholarships to students.

Internships
It has been a prerequisite for Cinema and Digital Media students to go through a 8 weeks internship process for graduation.
Cinema and Digital Media students are anticipated to perform internship in order to improve their theoretical and practical knowledge gained while studying and develop their skills.
Cinema and Digital Media students generally complete their internships in production companies, post-production companies, television organisations, media agencies, digital media agencies, advertising agencies, film, documentary and tv series.

Erasmus
Erasmus program enables students at higher education instutions to spend an integrated period of study of between 3 months and 12 months (1 or 2 semesters, may be even 3 semesters according to the educational structure of the host university) in another country participating in the program.
Izmir University of Economics has Erasmus agreements with a great sum of universities around Europe which helps much more students/academics benefit from the program.
